I would also recommend improving the packaging for international shipments, especially to distant locations like South America. Unfortunately, my package leaked during transit, and some of the oil and shampoo spilled out.
I would like to add that the glass bottle (the elixir) was very well packaged. It was securely wrapped in a protective, air-filled plastic packaging and sealed properly with tape, so it did not leak at all. That part was done very well.
However, the plastic bottles, especially those with press or flip-top caps, were not as well secured. Some of them opened or loosened during transit, which caused leaking. It would be better to tape them securely or use a different sealing method to prevent this.
Aside from that, I am satisfied with the overall experience.
